3. Booking and Payments
Process
To book our services, clients must complete an initial consultation. Following this, we provide a customized proposal outlining the scope of work, pricing, and next steps. A signed contract and a non-refundable booking retainer are required to secure our services.
Fees
Pricing is outlined in each client’s contract based on services selected. Payment schedules vary depending on the package booked. Invoices must be paid by the due date specified in the agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds
Retainers are non-refundable and secure the date on our calendar.
If a client cancels services after signing a contract, any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded only at our discretion and in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement planner/coordinator or issue a partial refund based on services not yet rendered.

Clients must provide truthful and up-to-date information regarding their event. Any misrepresentation or withholding of information that affects our ability to execute services may result in termination of the contract without a refund.
Timely Communication
To ensure smooth planning, clients are expected to respond to emails, calls, and requests for information within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in communication may impact the execution of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership
All text, images, branding, templates, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients may not use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
Usage Restrictions
Clients may use inspiration guides, documents, and recommendations we provide for personal event planning only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction for non-personal use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Scope
While we strive to execute all events with the highest level of professionalism, we are not liable for:
Acts of God, inclement weather, or uncontrollable circumstances affecting the event.
Vendor errors, no-shows, or contract breaches by third-party vendors.
Client or guest actions resulting in damage, injury, or event disruptions.
Third-Party Vendors
We recommend vendors based on experience but are not responsible for their performance, pricing, policies, or contract fulfillment. Clients are encouraged to review all vendor agreements independently.
